#1: From Gym to Apartment

'It sounds hard, but the Apartment, an interior design agency, pulled it off. They completely converted a 7,000 square-foot YMCA gym into a beautiful 5 bedroom apartment building. Every aspect of the apartment is stunning, from the vibrant colors to the detailed wallpaper and carpets. This impressive building even has an indoor garden and a 12 person theater.' +more

#2: More Chairs? No Problem. Let Me Fold Some Up.

'The Biombo Chair is an idea whose simplicity makes it seem obvious. The wood chair, built over a hinged wood structure, when not in use is a folding screen (Biombo). The surface of the seat can be engraved with a graphic image that transforms it into a when folded flat. To turn it into a decorative objectchair, you simply take it off and get all origami.' +more

#4: Honda unveils vehicle designed for dogs

'Honda Motor Co. has designed a car that's friendly for dogs — part of the Japanese automaker's ongoing effort to create vehicles that are easy to use and comfortable to ride in.
A special crate for dogs in the glove apartment allows owners to interact with their pets while driving. A bigger crate pops up from the floor in the back seat area and can be folded back into the floor when it's not needed. For even bigger dogs, just buckle them up with a special seat belt to the floor.' +more
