'casa tóló' is the creation of portuguese architect álvaro leite siza vieira, son of the 1992 pritzker prize winner álvaro siza vieira. located on a steep hill in northern portugual, siza was confronted with a difficult building site. instead of fighting the natural environment, the architect embraced it using the slope as the home’s main characteristic.' +more

"The 6emeia project was created and developed by the artists Anderson Augusto, also known as SÃO, and Leonardo Delafuente, also known as Delafuente. The duo live in the Barra Funda neighborhood of São Paulo where they began the project with the purpose of changing and transforming daily life.
The duo's objective is to modify the means within which we all live, proposing a new way to view things by reflecting upon themes generated through creative and unusual works. Such modifications are made by painting storm drains, light posts, manhole covers and any other object which makes up the urban scenario." +more

"emma hack is what is known as a ‘body artist’ meaning her canvas of choice is the human body. using wallpaper designed by florence broadhurst, hack painted models to match, making them literally disappear into the wall." +more
